How can I delete my account?

your account cannot be deleted from the site.
However, you can contact Customer Service and a ticket will be opened in your name to delete your account.

Can I have multiple accounts with the same mobile no./email address?

No. It is not possible to link more than one account to the same email

I have Problems with logging in!

You must verify the message displayed when trying to access the account, and make the appropriate Troubleshooting setting through contacting the “Customer Service” Department first to identify the problem, then contacting the “Technical” Department to resolve the issue.

Installment payments are not currently available, but we are working on adding the option to our site.

How to request more of an item with limited quantities?

A ticket is opened by Support and contains contact information, product type, and quantity required. It is then transferred to logistics for pricing, ensuring the availability of the required quantity. Lastly, the team transfers it to commercial sales to communicate with the customer and close the deal

Do you have a pre-order feature?

It is possible, There is currently no pre-order feature (currently in progress).

Can I place my order to another address/city?

The address cannot be changed through your account on the site, but the order number and the new address are taken and the operations team contacts the customer

Can I refuse the order upon delivery?

How do I get a receipt for my purchase?

How do I filter searches?

By using the filter bar on the left in the “Shop Page,” where it displays to the user the number of products related to his search, and allows them to choose the way they are arranged, the number of products displayed on one page, and the way the products are displayed either as a list or an album. On the left side of the page there are also a set of filters that allow the user to filter the results according to special specifications that the user is looking for.

Can I search for brands in a category?

Yes, through the menu bar under the search bar. Each menu contains a set of trademark logos for the opened list. It is also possible to enter the “Custom Page” page by clicking on one of the menus on the Main Page below the search bar. The user has two options. One of which is to click on the logo of the company he wants if it is found in the “Shop by Brand” field. The user can also select the trademark from the list of trademarks found in the trademarks filter on the left side of the “Shop Page”. Alternatively, the user can search for the trademark by simply typing its name in the search bar, and all the products of this mark appear for them.
